Our client wanted a reliable and efficient cooling solution for their bedroom. Ventair Skyfan Ceiling Fan With Remote
Our client chose the Ventair Skyfan ceiling fan with remote — a premium option known for its powerful airflow, energy efficiency, and ultra-quiet performance. This installation wasn’t a standard setup, as there was no ceiling access. To ensure a safe and secure installation, we installed anchor rods into the concrete, providing a solid mounting solution for long-term reliability.
This was also a light replacement, and some minor patching and paint work will be completed by the client to finish the area.

TCL Air Con Installations
We installed two TCL air conditioning systems to provide efficient, reliable cooling for the property. Using a lifting hoist allowed us to safely and precisely position the outdoor units onto the wall brackets, reducing risk, minimising manual strain, and ensuring a clean, compliant installation.
Backyard Pool, Spa, Sauna & External Lighting
This project is currently a work in progress, with underground conduits installed in preparation for a future pool, sauna, spa, outdoor lighting, and power outlets. All conduits were run prior to the concrete pour to ensure a clean, concealed installation and allow for easy future connections without the need for excavation.
